**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales Executive (Commission-Based)
**Location**: [Gurgaon]
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales
**Compensation**: Pure commission-based (No fixed salary)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads through various channels (networking, referrals, property portals)
- Schedule and conduct property showings with potential buyers or investors
- Understand client requirements and provide property solutions accordingly
- Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and channel partners for inventory and pricing
- Negotiate and close property deals effectively
- Assist clients with documentation and legal formalities
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales pipeline

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
- Own vehicle and smartphone (preferred)
- Comfortable with fieldwork and flexible working hours
