**Responsibilities:

- **

**Site Management**:Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site workers to ensure project progress and quality control.

**Project Planning**:Assist in project planning and scheduling, including the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment.
Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or issues.

**Safety and Compliance**:Enforce safety protocols and regulations, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety guidelines.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address safety concerns promptly.

**Quality Control**:Maintain quality control standards by inspecting work and materials to ensure they meet project requirements and specifications.
Address any defects or deficiencies in workmanship.

**Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact between the project site and project managers, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and solutions.
Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

**Resource Management**:Monitor and manage the use of labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Procure materials and equipment as needed and track inventory.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, work progress reports, and change orders.
Prepare and submit reports to project managers as required.

**Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve on-site challenges and obstacles that may affect project progress or quality.
Propose and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
