Profile introduction:
Join our dynamic team as a Site Supervisor and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will be the key link between project management and on-site operations, ensuring that all aspects of construction align with project plans and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate activities with various teams.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards to guarantee a secure and top-notch work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety records.
- Manage and lead on-site teams, providing guidance and support to enhance overall performance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
