The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the construction and maintenance sectors, serving as the linchpin that ensures projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The primary responsibility of a Site Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations on the site, ensuring all work is done according to plan and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a proactive approach to managing workers, coordinating tasks, and resolving issues that may arise during operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Site Supervisors are tasked with numerous responsibilities that are crucial for the smooth running of construction projects. Their core duties include:

- Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
- Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
- Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
- Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.

Pay: ₹10,662.57 - ₹18,739.06 per month
