**Introduction**:
The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at construction sites, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site.
- Managing and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site.
- Maintaining accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Implementing cost-saving measures and efficient resource utilization.
- Providing regular updates and reports to project stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
