**Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, site photos, and material inventory.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to optimize project outcomes and achieve client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
