**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate activities on-site, ensuring that work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Manage and direct on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and compliance with project specifications. Address and rectify any defects or issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met. Address any delays or issues that may affect the project timeline.
- Oversee the procurement and management of materials, equipment, and tools required for the project. Ensure that resources are used efficiently and within budget.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience f 1-2 years as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry and Real Estate
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
