**Job summary**

Seeking a Site Supervisor with a background in Civil Engineering to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of construction sites within our real estate projects in Pune. The role requires experience in site management, adherence to safety regulations, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Management**: Direct and oversee daily site activities, ensuring all operations adhere to construction plans and safety standards.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and inspect construction progress to ensure quality standards are maintained and any deviations are promptly addressed.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce health and safety protocols on the site, conduct regular safety audits, and address potential hazards.
- **Resource Management**: Manage and allocate resources effectively to maintain project schedules within budget.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, and documentation of any issues or changes during construction.
- **Software Proficiency**: MS-Office

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 1-5 years of experience in site supervision within the real estate or construction sector.
- **Education**: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with large-scale residential or commercial projects
- Proven track record in maintaining safety standards on site

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
