Site Supervisor Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Coordination**
- Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities related to interior design and fit-out work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely execution of work.
- Monitor the progress of work against project timelines and report any delays.

**2. Quality Control**
- Ensure that workmanship and materials meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Help identify and report defects or non-conformities on-site.
- Support in checking finishing work (painting, carpentry, flooring, etc.) for quality compliance.

**3. Communication and Reporting**
- Maintain daily site logs including attendance, work progress, and material usage.
- Communicate updates and site challenges to the project management team.
- Participate in site meetings with vendors and contractors when required.

**4. Safety and Compliance**
- Assist in implementing basic safety practices and ensure workers follow safety protocols.
- Observe and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

**5. Material and Inventory Management**
- Help in checking material deliveries against the BOQ and purchase orders.
- Track usage of materials on site and update the supervisor accordingly.
- Organize and maintain site storage areas for tools and materials.

**6. Drawing and Plan Understanding**
- Read and understand basic interior layouts, architectural drawings, and MEP plans.
- Assist in marking out measurements and layouts as per the design.

**7. Learning and Support**
- Gain hands-on experience in site supervision and project coordination.
- Support the senior team members in documentation, project tracking, and site inspections.
- Take initiative in learning industry standards and practical site management skills.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of interior design and construction processes.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to on-site conditions.

**Stipend**: 5,000.00 - 10,000.00

**Location**: Pune

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
