**Job Title: Counter Salesperson**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products or services based on their needs.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process sales, issue receipts, and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide detailed information about products, including features, pricing, and availability.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of stock levels, restock items as needed, and inform management of any shortages.
- **Order Processing**: Handle customer orders, including special orders or bulk purchases, and ensure timely delivery or pickup.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
- **Merchandising**: Maintain the appearance of the sales counter, display items attractively, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- **Cross-Selling**: Recommend complementary products to enhance the customer’s purchase and drive sales.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of computers and sales software (e.g., POS systems)
- Customer service-oriented mindset

**Education**:

- Graduation or Any Diploma
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
