**Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Sales)**
**Location**: Noida
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 + Incentives
**Working Days**: 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday, Half-Day on Saturday)

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Sales) who will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle queries efficiently, and the drive to meet sales targets. If you are passionate about helping customers and have a flair for sales, we would love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Activities**:

- Assist in promoting and upselling products/services to customers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell based on customer requirements and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Provide clear information to customers about our products and services.
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide daily/weekly reports to the management team.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other teams to improve customer service processes.
- Share feedback to help enhance customer support strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Grade/Graduation.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or sales support is preferred but not required.
- Freshers with a passion for sales and customer service are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- **Other**:

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
