Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity. Propose client configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system. Work with others to define, coordinate vendor purchase needs. Responsible for support documentation as well.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS in Computer Science or related field.

**Profile**:As part of Cloud IT Operations, System Administrator (SA) will work in 24x7 global Datacenter Operations. Oracle DataCenters are spread across various locations globally and host business critical customer Production and DR environments. Responsible for delivering automation and support of new products or requests in cloud infrastructure management.

**Experience Required**:
**IC3 **:Minimum 6 year of Linux/Unix/Solaris/Windows System Administration with 3+ years of automation skills

**Education Qualification / Certifications**:

- B. Tech / MCA (preferred)/ 10+2+Diploma in Computer/Electronics Engineering
- Certifications and Training: RHCE / SCSA/ SCNA /MCP/AWS/OCI

**Skillsets required / Job criteria**:

- Document best practices and develop repeatable processes/frameworks to accelerate the adoption of Puppet/Mcollective/Ansible /Salt for provisioning/automation.
- Develop shared components and libraries to allow self-service of build/test automation.
- Must have experience in Shell / Perl / Python / Ruby scripting at Enterprise level supporting System Administration activities.
- Good to have experience in web services, Flask, Django, Bootstrap, Python, RESTful API
- Experience with Git branching strategies and distributed development.
- Cloud and Enterprise level remote support experience in production environment
- Knowledge of ITIL framework/methodology, enterprise level Tools & processes like Change Management, Incident management, etc
- Excellent written, verbal communication and Interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work in 24x7 operations
- Experience in Oracle Virtual Machine or Nimbula is must
- Detailed knowledge of networking principals: TCP/IP, Routing, DNS
- Experience on RedHat Linux Enterprise edition/Solaris/Windows with excellent Troubleshooting skills in a heterogeneous environment.
- User, System and Access management using LDAP, Active Directory, Power Broker, Sudo
- Patch management using YUM repository, SMS/SCCM
- Experience in mail server administration, SFTP, CUPS
- Highly proficient in performance tuning and optimization using unix kernel or windows registry.
- Proficient in Capacity management and planning

**Following skillsets would have additional advantage**:

- Good Knowledge of storage/backup technology like NAS, NetBackup, BESR
- Knowledge of Oracle Database, Networking, Storage devices & Tape Library Management.
