System Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced System Support Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise applications, perform system upgrades and maintenance, and collaborate with stakeholders on integration projects.

About the Role

This role involves providing L1-L3 support for enterprise applications in data centers and cloud environments. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, perform application upgrades, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1-L3 support for enterprise applications.
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on integration projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting source control tools.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Linux System Administration.
  • Familiarity with reading and debugging Linux system logs.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and ability to troubleshoot common Git errors.
  • Familiarity with production-level virtual machines and/or Cloud.
  • Familiarity with APIs and interacting with APIs on a low level.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with GitHub Enterprise and Cloud Administration.
  • Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, Bash, or Node.
  • Familiarity with additional features/products such as GitHub Actions and GitHub Integrations.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
  • Familiarity with feature flags and code quality tools.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
