- Roles and Responsibility- Shift timing: Night Shift required- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline- Skillset: Multi-tasking, good communication skills, negotiation skills and- organizational and time management skills. Skilled in conducting Root- cause analysis. Knowledge of Salesforce, HFA and Essbase is an asset- Others: MS Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Canadian English & Canadian- French (preferred)- Resource Type: Blended- Experience: 3-5 years functional experience with Sales Support especially- in e-tailing/B2B or in Retail/eCommerce domain- Employment type: Full-time- Industry: Retail B2B- Functional Area: eCommerce, Business to BusinessJOB- REQUIREMENT Provide tactical solutions to Sales Managers, Leaders and customers by- nurturing new and existing relationships that result in a direct impact to- increased revenue and drive loyalty by managing the total customer- experience- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and manage key process- improvements geared to focus on the company’s key initiatives- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, the Sales Support Assistant executes in- speciality areas outside of the capabilities of the Customer Service Centre- Back to school management, new store openings, product blocking, custom- invoicing, track and trace, Customer list for Customers (limited), product- blocking, custom invoicing, price adjustments- Provide Sales Account Managers with various Support Reports including:
- Dot Com Reports, Account Hierarchy Reports and Preferred Price lists (PPL)- Back office work for Sales Reps, grant approvals- Dot com requests- Support new accounts, handle escalations from Sales Reps and CustomersRecruiter Name Yogini Chouthale
