**Job Overview**

We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Processing new sales leads

2. Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.

3. Monitoring customer accounts.

4. Providing data and reports to help the sales team.

5. Keeping track of sales targets.

6. Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.

**Qualifications**

Graduate/Post Graduate

**Skills / Attributes Required**

1. Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.

2. Hands on experience with ERP.

3. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Analytical and multitasking skills.

6. Teamwork and motivational skills

Kandivali, Mumbai

**Age**

20-28 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,740.23 - ₹31,078.35 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
