- : Specifications:Job Title: ExecutiveReporting to: Global Head - SalesLocation: MumbaiMinimum Qualification: GraduateDesired Qualification: MBA in SalesAge: 25-30 yearsRequired experience range: 3-5 yearsTargeted industry: Any, though Logistics industry preferred Summary / Purpose: This role is the go-to person for the Global Head Sales (GHS) for all support related to global sales operations management, communication, training and project management. Key responsibilities:Organize and track projects on behalf of GHS by communicating with managers across various levels in the organization.Assist with organizing of monthly, quarterly RSM Calls across the regions and take minutes/summaries from meetingsUpdate and manage Global Sales TrackerSupport the management of the Sales Performance Dashboard, assisting in the timely gathering of budget information from Country ManagersCreate, update, and organize ad-hoc reports for GHS and other managers as requested.Prepare PPT for all presentations as required.Assist in organizing trainings, agendas, training materials and summaries for all sales trainings that are organized by GHS.Coordinate with Corporate Sales Team to ensure projects are moving along as planned, give feedback to GHS of ways improve effectiveness and efficiencies of projects.Assist with creation and maintenance of sales operating procedures and tool box items by regionsProvide administrative support to GHS in organizing meetings, appointments and other communication activities including their logistics Key skills & capabilities required:Strong IT skills: Internet, E-mail, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM etc.Strong analytical skills: to analyze data and create reports using multiple systems - slicer reports, CRM reports, and Panjiva.Excellent communication skills (oral & written), ability to interact positively & confidently with global stakeholdersSelf-motivated, resourceful, with sense of urgency and personal accountability
