As a Tele Counsellor, your primary responsibility is to provide remote counseling services to individuals seeking support and guidance on various personal, educational, or professional matters. You will utilize phone calls, video conferencing, and other online platforms to connect with clients, understand their concerns, and offer empathetic and practical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions with clients in a professional and confidential manner.
- Actively listen to clients' concerns, empathize with their situations, and provide appropriate support and guidance.
- Assess clients' needs, gather relevant information, and help them identify their goals and potential solutions.
- Provide information about available resources, programs, and services that can assist clients.
- Offer advice and practical strategies to help clients cope with their challenges and make positive changes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their ongoing well-being and offer continued support.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other team members or refer clients to additional services when necessary to ensure comprehensive support.
- Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance counseling skills and stay updated on best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree in Counseling or a specialized area is often preferred.
- Proven experience in a counseling or support role, preferably with experience in telephonic or online counseling.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
- Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
- Ability to assess situations, identify needs, and provide effective guidance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in using teleconferencing platforms and other relevant technology.
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and confidentiality practices in counseling.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral; proficiency in additional languages may be an advantage depending on the client base.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
