**Role Summary**:
First point of contact for leads. Responsible for qualifying leads, fixing appointments, and supporting counsellors in conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from leads generated via JustDial, Sulekha, CollegeDunia, digital campaigns.
- Explain UMA offerings briefly and qualify student intent.
- Schedule counseling sessions with Education Counsellors.
- Follow up with warm leads until conversion.
- Maintain lead funnel in CRM.

**KPIs (Monthly)**:

- Daily Calls: 100-125 per telecaller.
- Appointment Fixing: 15-20 per week.
- Lead Qualification Accuracy: ≥ 60%.
- Support conversion target: 6-8 admissions/month through counsellors.

**Revenue-Based Incentives**:

- Weekly incentive on each conversion.
- Extra monthly incentive, if monthly conversion support ≥ 20 admissions.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
