**B2B Sales - Executive**

Education - Bachelor’s degree

Experience - 0 to 1 years (B2B Field Sales in any field)

Salary - Fixed Salary + Target oriented Incentives
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- record sales and order information, sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
- Feed future buying trends back to employers
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- **HORECA/ GT/MT industry experience will be an add on advantage**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
