About Our Products: - A range of Sprouted Health Mixes with huge market potential first of its kind in the market. Very good scope for growth and many more products will be added in the near future. Our products will be marketed both Online and Offline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales & marketing activities.
- Responsible for appointment of distributors, store selection with right product market fit, and maintain right level of stock at the select stores and grow repeat business.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and yield sales
- Focusing towards Sales order on all FMCG modulo.
- Should have the objective of attaining accelerated growth of new client acquisitions
- Actively drive and ensure achieving the sales target
- Drive sales promotional activities including road shows, campaigns, events, etc.
- Prepare an action plan for achieving the KPIs
- Knowledge of the geographical area and instrumental to gather market intelligence
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with key stakeholders
- Generate MIS reports and analyze them
- Understanding commercial trends along with sales & marketing strategies

Skills required:
- Work Experience related to FMCG field with 1 + year experience.
- Good oral & written communication skills in English is a must and knowledge of local languages will be added advantage
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, networking & project management skills with good team spirit
- Ability to work and promote a team environment
- Should be willing to travel as per business requirements
- Any graduate with interest to work in this field with additional qualification will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Pharmaceutical sales: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- 2 Wheeler Licence (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
