We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of transforming learners into industry-ready professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify prospective clients through cold calls.
- **Client Engagement**: Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
- **Sales Process Management**: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM tools.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or similar roles, preferably in the EdTech or IT industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
