Sales Counselor/ Coach

Take leads onto your dashboard and engage to convert them into clients using a very clear and set system in which you will be trained
- **What you need to do ?**_
To be in full command of all sources of leads viz social media website and APP
Capture and manage leads as per your goals and targets,
Get trained and be fully proficient in our system of lead handling both Voice and non-voice engagement and use of CRM and dashboard
To maintain a stock of all communications/content at Balance Nutrition(BN) with a
view to deploy the same for prospect engagement as needed
To have a full stock of training material and keep evolving the same in terms of
To have full command of client CRM and APP ; the entire service delivery AND WORK
FLOWS FOR different lead buckets
To be on top of all processes vis-a-vis in leads Hot warm TO pay
classifications, entry into CRM, setting FU reminders having different scripts and mails
for different lead buckets
- **What do you need to have?**_
Great communication skills
Prior work in sales oriented environment
Possess high-level sales skills viz lead handling calls follow ups and engagement
Understand concepts like building empathy connect and comfort
Be an effervescent energetic personality
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
