As a Social Media and Lead Generation Specialist at **PropKarmaa**, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and generating leads to support our business objectives. You will have the opportunity to manage our social media channels, create compelling content, and implement strategies to attract and convert leads into customers. This is a dynamic role where you will have the autonomy to oversee all aspects of social media and lead generation, making a significant impact on our digital marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage all aspects of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Implement lead generation campaigns across social media channels to drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop lead magnets, landing pages, and other assets to support lead generation efforts.
- Utilize social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) to create and optimize ad campaigns for lead generation objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media and lead generation initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for social media and lead generation initiatives, providing recommendations and insights to drive results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and lead generation, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms and lead generation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
