**Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager**

**Job Location: Noida, Sector 63**

**Salary Range: 30,000 to 35000 INR**

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive digital engagement for our chain of retail stores. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales growth across various digital platforms. Your expertise in social media management, content creation, advertising, and data analytics will be crucial in elevating our brand in the digital world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.
- Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels, to ensure consistent engagement and growth.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to create visually appealing and impactful content, including static posts, product reels, and other multimedia assets.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our online reach and engagement.
- Plan, create, and manage effective social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Maintain and update our Google Business profiles, manage Google AdWords campaigns, and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website and social media performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Implement SMS marketing initiatives to deliver targeted offers and updates to our audience.
- Design and execute customer loyalty campaigns to enhance brand awareness, increase followers, and promote repeat business.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our online presence.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful social media campaigns, content creation, and online advertising.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, social media management tools, and advertising platforms.
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create compelling visuals.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions for optimizing campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Creativity and innovation in developing strategies that foster organic growth and engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy for various digital channels.
- Familiarity with loyalty program management and techniques for building brand advocates.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
