Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.6. Stay Updated on Trends: Stay current with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. Integrate new features and technologies into campaigns to maximize impact.7. Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across channels. **Qualifications and skills**

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.

3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

7. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
