**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and oversee social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) ensuring brand consistency.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products/services, increase followers, and drive engagement.
- **Analytics**: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using social media analytics tools; adjust strategies based on insights.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner; engage with followers and foster a sense of community.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- **Trends and Insights**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies; share insights and propose new ideas.
- **Paid Advertising**: Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media advertising.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of HTML and web development.
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,454.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
