As a Social Media Marketing Executive at Digininja Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in assisting our digital marketing team with creating, managing, and optimizing content for various social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Youtube, etc.
- Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build and nurture our online community.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and assist in preparing reports. Use data-driven insights to optimize future content strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to contribute innovative ideas to our social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with overall digital marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Creative thinking and an eye for design.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
