**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and interaction flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure design consistency across products and platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, and final UI designs
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision)
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in Agile environments
