**About the Role**
HMMBiz Web Solutions is seeking a technically-minded Graphic / UI UX Designer who can bridge the gap between design, development, and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to demonstrate design concepts.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the implementation of responsive and visually appealing designs.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visual content including logos, banners, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, and more.
- Develop and maintain design consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce videos for digital marketing, social media, and web platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Work on video post-production, including audio editing, color correction, and final rendering.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, and Video Editing.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- **Design Knowledge**: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- **UI/UX Skills**: Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows; familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
- **Video Editing Skills**: Expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and video production workflows.
- **Communication**: Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your work in UI/UX design, graphic design, and video editing.
