Syndell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking talented and creative **Junior UI/UX Designers** to join our growing design team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who have a passion for user-centered design, attention to detail, and a desire to create engaging digital experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing user-friendly, visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and senior designers to translate ideas into functional designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
- Maintain design consistency across various projects and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator**.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to understand and interpret project requirements and feedback.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines effectively.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
