**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Create visually appealing and conversion-friendly landing pages
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Understand and interpret client feedback (primarily in English) to improve and iterate designs.
- Balance aesthetics with usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Adapt UI styles and concepts to different industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, education, etc.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility.
- Experience with both web and mobile app UI design.
- Good communication skills.
