Job Description:
Fruxinfo Private Limited, a rapidly expanding tech company specializing in Figma, is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As we continue to develop websites, we are dedicated to providing users with exceptional experiences through intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for our classified portals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Translate user insights and feedback into actionable design improvements to enhance usability and functionality.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms and products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers, interns, or other team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the classifieds or online marketplace industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs throughout the design process.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts and ideas.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- A passion for design and a desire to create exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
