**Position: UI/UX Designer**

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. As a UI/UX Designer at KBA Systems, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring an outstanding user experience. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering impactful designs, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance user experiences.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technological constraints, and business requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile app design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
