**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve overall user experience.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Create and maintain design systems, including style guides, color schemes, typography, and UI components.
- Ensure consistent and cohesive design across all platforms.
- Perform usability testing and gather insights to improve design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Ability to create user-centered designs based on user feedback and research.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with prototyping and design handoff tools like Zeplin or InVision.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to balance creative design with technical implementation.

Pay: ₹10,890.73 - ₹40,000.00 per month
