We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphics cum UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting visually appealing graphics, as well as creating intuitive and user-centric UI/UX designs for our digital products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our design solutions align with our brand identity and enhance user experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create captivating visual designs, including but not limited to logos, banners, illustrations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to gather requirements and refine design ideas.
- Translate complex ideas and user needs into user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity across various platforms and channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize user interactions and conversions.
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams and clients, and incorporate feedback into final designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer and UI/UX Designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of creative work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to balance creativity with user-centered design principles to create solutions that both engage and serve the user's needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying updated on design trends and emerging technologies.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
