**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our team as an entry-level professional. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are passionate about designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Assist in the creation of wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing results.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Assist in maintaining design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
- Support the UI/UX team in various design-related tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of UI/UX design.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
