Front Desk Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Visitor Management**: Welcome visitors with a professional and courteous attitude, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate staff member or department.
- **Telephone Handling**: Manage incoming calls, answer queries, and redirect calls as necessary. Take messages and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Front Desk Administration**: Maintain an organized reception area, manage visitor logs, and provide general company information to visitors.
- **Mail and Package Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages promptly to respective departments.
- **Administrative Assistance**: Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and managing appointment schedules.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate/diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role is an advantage.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with office equipment (phones, fax, copier).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, customer-centric approach.
- **Attributes**: Professionalism, reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
