Tyre Service Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Tyre Executive will be responsible for the overall tyre management of the fleet, ensuring optimal tyre Cost Per Kilometre (CPKM) through proactive maintenance, damage assessment, and operational efficiency. This role involves regular tyre inspections, servicing, damage analysis, and coordination with fleet operators to enhance tyre life and performance. The executive may also be assigned additional fleet-related responsibilities beyond tyre management as per company requirements.

**Tyre Inspection & Maintenance**:
Conduct routine inspections using tyre diagnostic tools and technologies.

Check tyre pressure, tread depth, and wear patterns for compliance with safety standards.

Identify the causes of tyre damage and take corrective actions.

Perform tyre rotation, inflation adjustments, and minor repairs as required.

Maintain optimal tyre conditions to maximise fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.

**Tyre Damage Assessment & Root Cause Analysis**:
Analyse tyre wear and tear patterns to identify mechanical or operational issues.

Detect improper alignment, overloading, braking issues, and road impact damages.

Provide recommendations to fleet operators for preventive maintenance.

Customer Support & Training:
Interact with fleet managers, transport heads, and drivers to address tyre-related concerns.

Provide on-site training on best practices for tyre maintenance and safety.

Act as a technical consultant to improve tyre performance and fuel efficiency.

**Service Reporting & Documentation**:
Maintain detailed service logs, tyre inspection reports, and damage analysis records.

Document all tyre-related issues, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Ensure accurate data entry in the company's tyre management system.

**Compliance & Safety**:
Follow company and industry standards for tyre servicing and fleet management.

Ensure proper handling of tools, safety protocols, and tyre storage procedures.

Adhere to client-specific operational guidelines and worksite regulations.

**Coordination with Internal Teams**:
Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Backend Teams for smooth execution. Provide real-time updates on tyre conditions, service status, and operational challenges. Assist in the inventory management of tyres, spare parts, and related accessories.

**Additional Fleet Responsibilities**:
Apart from tyre management, the executive may be assigned other fleet-related tasks during employment, such as basic vehicle inspections, inventory checks, and operational support.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong expertise in tyre diagnosis, damage assessment, and preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of different tyre types, tread patterns, and pressure monitoring systems.
- Experience in tyre rotation, wheel alignment, and balancing techniques.
- Basic understanding of fleet operations and vehicle dynamics. **Software & Analytical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, digital tyre gauges, and data entry software. **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team-based environments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills. **Additional Requirements**:

- Must be willing to work in a field-oriented role with extensive site visits.
- Comfortable working in challenging outdoor conditions.
- Valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
