**What You Will Do**

- Lead end-to-end execution of **retrofits, AMC, and service activities** for AC & Refrigeration, HVAC, and Fire Systems in **Karwar Yard**.
- Act as the **Single Point of Contact** for customer escalations.
- Prepare and share **weekly progress reports** with the Project Manager.
- Ensure all orders are executed in a **commercially effective** manner.
- Manage service teams and subcontractors; allocate resources and monitor progress for **timely completion**.
- Maintain **timely and effective communication** with customers regarding status, delays, and payments.
- Ensure **Health and Safety compliance** for all site teams.

**How You Will Do It**

- Understand **contractual obligations /scope** and develop detailed execution plans.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify gaps and implement solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Interpret customers’ needs and plan activities to **exceed expectations**.
- Identify training needs and facilitate **skill development** within the team.

**What We Look For**

- **Qualification**: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- **Experience**: 10-12 years in service/project execution on **Naval & Marine ships**.
- **Technical Knowledge**: AC Plants, Air Handling Units, Heat Exchangers, Ventilation Fans, and other HVAC components.

**Skills**

- Strong **leadership and interpersonal** abilities.
- Excellent **communication and problem-solving** skills.
- Ability to **manage time and prioritize tasks** effectively.

**Preferred**

**Indian Navy Artificers** with hands-on experience in AC/HVAC/Fire systems
