Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with Front Office Department
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in the Real Estate industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Visitor Management**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all individuals entering the front office.
- **Inquiries Handling**:

- Provide information about the company's services and offerings.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the overall efficiency of the front office operations.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure seamless scheduling.
- **Mail and Package Handling**:

- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
- Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable.
- **Security Awareness**:

- Monitor and control access to the office, ensuring the security of the premises.
- Work with security personnel to address any issues promptly.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
