**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse activities to ensure efficient and effective operations. This role includes managing warehouse staff, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

**Experience**: 8 year max.

**Age**:35 to 40 years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and efficiency goals.
- Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Implement and enforce best practices for warehouse operations.
- Optimize layout and processes to enhance workflow and reduce operational costs.
- Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety training and maintain a safe working environment.
- Investigate and report accidents or incidents.
- **Customer Service**:

- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment or delivery.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods.
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.

**Application**:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
