Job Description - Warehouse Supervisor

1. Capable of handing 10-15 members team preferably Retail or Ecom back ground.

2. All Picklists are picked correctly and accuracy with 100% Fill rate for all orders

3. All Putaway happens on the same day after GRN/GRC is done.

4. WMS knowledge is required.

5. Putaway of stocks will have to be done strictly as per system allotted bins.

6. Ensure all dispatches are effected well before 5.30 pm daily except special cases and month end time.

7. Ensure daily picking of minimum of 20000 pcs and maximum as per order volume and as per available resources.

8. Ensure daily physical dispatches of minimum 20000 pcs to supplied to all stores. Plan and work resources accordingly and execute the orders.. Season time from August to Oct., work pressure will have to be handled and needs to stay if required at warehouse to meet the seasonal business requirements.

9. Ensure 100% house keeping of both the premises with full hygiene. No hanging wires, cob webs, dusts etc will have to be cleaned with the house keeping/warehouse team on a regular intervals. Conduct morning meeting daily and inform your team about importance of this.

10. Ensure 100% no discrepancies in supplies after dispatch. With the help of warehouse internal audit team you need to ensure that the checking level is 100% accuracy.

11. Other activities like warehouse discipline, Attendance of warehouse workers/staff, hourly monitoring, record maintaining etc etc.. All documents are checked before dispatch including GST, Ewaybill etc)

12. Plan for non-trading items like packaging cartons, Tubler sheets, strapping rolls, gum tape, MRP Stickers with carbon, Regular stationery items etc etc..

13. Ensure stocks are tallying both system and physical at all times.

14. Ensure easy way of picking the stocks against ordersFill the quantities in the bins and the bins should not have mix ups.. Train and monitor all the pickers periodically & Regularly. Brief them about the importance of bin management and any mess ups in the bins will impact & pulls down picking efficiencies.. in Chennai Location.
