**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
- Lead, train, and monitor a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper stock management and conduct periodic stock audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS or ERP).
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for timely order processing and deliveries.
- Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to warehouse performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure timely maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory management best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.
