Join our dynamic Logistics team in DRÄXLMAIER Jemmal as a Warehouse Supervisor and lead the way in optimizing production, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan production considering capacities and customer needs, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain optimal stock levels for timely product availability.
- Foster effective relationships with suppliers.
- Plan and launch end-of-production series.
- Establish and manage tracking and control files, reacting as necessary.
- Make decisions on production plans, delivery times, and priority products.
- Serve as the central contact for DRÄXLMAIER Jemmal services, the parent company, subsidiaries, and customers.
- Coordinate exceptional measures for DRÄXLMAIER Jemmal supply difficulties affecting subsidiaries or customers.
- Oversee transport status (truck, airfreight, etc.).
- Negotiate prices and delivery dates for pre-series items (prototypes).
- Participate in inventories, corrective actions, and urgent orders.
- Strictly adhere to working procedure instructions.
- Actively participate in cost reduction and competitiveness initiatives for DRÄXLMAIER Jemmal and DRÄXLMAIER Group.

**Profile**:

- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in hardware management.
- Basic knowledge IATF16949
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Good handling of Microsoft Office Package
