- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to assess traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the content, design, and development teams to create engaging ad copy and visually appealing creatives.
- Work closely with the SEO team to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies.
- **Staying Updated**:

- Keep up with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Experiment with new features and tools offered by advertising platforms.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of bid management and optimization strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with e-commerce campaigns and remarketing strategies.
