Role Overview:
The Pre-Sales Executive (Designers) will be responsible for assisting potential clients in the showroom by offering design consultation, demonstrating product knowledge, and converting prospects into customers. This role involves close interaction with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, while showcasing how Alankarams products can meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Engage with walk-in clients and offer personalized design solutions based on their requirements and preferences.

Understand customer needs, project details, and provide suggestions on suitable furniture, fabrics, and layouts.

Product Demonstration:
Provide detailed information on the range of furniture, materials, finishes, and customization options available at Alankaram.

Explain design concepts, functionality, and value propositions to clients.

Lead Management:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through showroom interactions.

Build a rapport with clients, follow up on inquiries, and manage client databases for future opportunities.

Design Presentation:
Create mood boards, layout plans, or basic 3D visuals to help clients visualize their projects using Alankaram products.

Assist in preparing and presenting detailed quotations based on client specifications.

Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to convert design consultations into sales.

Ensure seamless communication between clients and the back office for order processing, customization requests, and delivery timelines.

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with customers by offering after-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction.

Gather feedback from clients to improve customer experience and product offerings.

Showroom Management:
Maintain the visual appeal and organization of the showroom.

Update displays regularly to showcase new products, styles, and seasonal offerings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of design consultations converted into sales.

Customer satisfaction scores.

Lead generation and follow-up efficiency.

Quality and accuracy of design presentations.

Showroom organization and product display quality.

Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in furniture sales or interior design consultation, preferably in luxury or high-end furniture.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple client queries and provide effective solutions.

Keen eye for design trends and furniture detailing.

Reporting To: Showroom Manager / Sales Head

This role is ideal for dynamic individuals with a passion for design and an aptitude for sales, who can create memorable client experiences while driving business growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
