The Dean Secretary plays a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to the Dean of the College. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing the Dean’s schedule, coordinating communications, facilitating meetings, and assisting in various administrative duties essential for the smooth operation of the college. This role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced academic environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally in an academic or medical setting.
- Experience with managing schedules, correspondence, and general office administration.
- **Skills and Abilities**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people, including students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- **Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of academic and processes.
- Familiarity with academic scheduling systems and platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
