**Location**: Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, Kelambakkam, Tamil Nadu

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the academic, research and administrative activities of the law school.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the institution's reputation and standing.
- Oversee curriculum development, ensuring it aligns with global legal education standards.
- Foster collaborations with national and international institutions, legal professionals, and industries.
- Drive faculty recruitment, development and retention to maintain academic excellence.
- Promote a robust research culture and encourage scholarly contributions.
- Represent the law school at academic forums, conferences and institutional events.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A distinguished academic background with a Doctorate in Law.
- At least 15 years of teaching/research/administrative experience in a reputed law school or university, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, research initiatives, and academic administration.
- Visionary leadership with a commitment to innovation and academic excellence.
- A proven track record of publications, research projects, and institutional development initiatives.

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
