**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Lead and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Coordinate and schedule work activities, resources, and equipment
- Monitor and control project expenses, progress, and quality
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and other documentation as required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
