The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee site execution project planning quality control and coordination of civil works for construction projects The role involves managing site teams ensuring compliance with design specifications safety standards and timely completion of projects within budget Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings specifications safety norms and quality standards Prepare work schedules monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship ensure adherence to IS codes and standards Prepare and review daily weekly and monthly progress reports Monitor labor productivity material usage and cost control measures Handle site issues troubleshoot technical problems and ensure corrective actions Ensure strict compliance with health safety and environmental HSE guidelines at the site Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices construction methods and site execution Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and MS Office Good leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Master s preferred but not mandatory 8-12 years of experience in civil construction preferably in residential commercial or infrastructure projects Hands-on experience in project execution structural works finishing works and contractor management Knowledge of relevant IS codes safety practices and quality standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
